At Cottle & Co., we believe that receiving a product for your pet should be a simple, hassle-free experience. That's why shipping is always free no hidden costs, no minimum order.
1. Free Shipping
All orders placed at cottleandco.com include free shipping to the United Kingdom and Ireland, regardless of order value or number of items.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery: 4–12 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control (customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays).
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order in real time.
4. Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking link will be sent by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
5. Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@cottleandco.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation promptly.
Returns Policy

Your satisfaction — and your pet's — is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Be in its original, undamaged packaging
- Be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received
Exception: items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect are eligible for return or replacement regardless of packaging condition.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@cottleandco.com with the subject line "Return — [order number]"
- Describe the reason for your return and, where applicable, include photos of the item
- Our team will respond within 72 hours with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Warranty Policy

Every Cottle & Co. product comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
1. What's Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults resulting from the product not functioning as intended under normal conditions of use.
2. What's Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Physical damage (drops, impacts, liquid exposure)
- Natural wear and tear from regular use
- Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
- Damage caused by external factors (environmental conditions, accidents)
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email us at info@cottleandco.com with the subject line "Warranty — [order number]"
- Describe the issue and include photos or a short video showing the fault
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours
- If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you
